应用实例

1. 氟型HFC-23是合成聚四氟乙烯的工业副产品,是一种严重未充分利用的资源。文章利用HFC-23作为廉价的三氟甲基化试剂在具有立体碳中心的手性胺上进行亲核加成,合成富集对映体的三氟甲基化乙二胺和含有两个立体碳中心的异吲哚啉[1]。
